Returns 

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the cancel & exchange & return process super easy.
Please review the below information regarding our return policy and contact us if you have any further questions!

Can I cancel my order?

We will process the order within 24 hours of your order. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us via email within 6 hours of placing the order to cancel the order. We will try our best to meet your request. However, if your order is already in production or shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. Please NOTE, Customized order cannot be cancelled after it is in production.

Note the non-returnable items:
Customized backdrop: For custom backdrops, we only provide returns if the quality of the backgdrop is problematic. As you know, it is made to order and custom to your requirements, it can't be resold or re-used. So we can't accept return for these items.

How long can I return an item?

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you want to return items, please contact us via redbirdparty@gmail.com. Please provide information include order number, reason for return and photo for verification.

Refunds (if applicable)

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. After that, we will process your refund and automatically add the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at redbirdparty@gmail.com.

All returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of receipt of your item. You will need to pay return shipping and customs fees.
